People in Need operates a global Institutional Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) for anyone wishing to raise concerns directly with our Headquarters. If you wish to raise a complaint, submit feedback directly to PIN HQ, or appeal a case handled at country level, you can contact our Institutional CFRM. The Institutional CFRM is managed independently by our Integrity and Investigations Lead to ensure fairness and confidentiality.
